Can existing equipment and molds be used?
The brochure states that existing equipment and molds can be used without additional devices. The stated injection temperature is 185–190°C. Processing conditions should be assessed for the actual product geometry and formulation.
Which molding methods and colors are possible?
The brochure describes injection molding, extrusion, thin-film extrusion and vacuum forming. Color masterbatch offers a range of colors, and blending with PP, PS and PE is possible. Blending with ABS or PC is stated to be unsuitable.
Can it be used for food containers or microwave products?
The brochure includes related examples and test reports. The microwave test specifies 1000W for 2 minutes; the container stability test specifies an additional 30% PP. Suitability for a specific product depends on its final formulation and applicable test conditions.
